阿奇霉素联合布地奈德混悬液雾化吸入治疗小儿肺炎支原体肺炎78例

摘要

目的 探究在小儿支原体肺炎治疗中,阿奇霉素+布地奈德混悬液雾化吸入治疗临床价值。方法 采用我院2021年3月至2022年3月期间78例支原体肺炎患儿,以随机数字表法分为对照组、研究组,各39例,分别实施阿奇霉素治疗、阿奇霉素+布地奈德雾化吸入治疗,比较两组患儿治疗效果。结果 显示研究组治疗有效率为97.44%,较对照组84.62%高(P<0.05);研究组临床症状缓解(或消失)时间较对照组短(P<0.05);随访6个月,两组患儿感染性疾病发生率相近(P>0.05)。结论 对支原体肺炎患儿实施阿奇霉素+布地奈德混悬液雾化吸入治疗,可提升疗效、缩短病程、改善患儿炎性反应程度,同时并未明显增加治疗后感染性疾病发生率。

Abstract

Objective To explore the clinical value of azithromycin + budesonide suspension aerosol inhalation in the treatment of children with mycoplasma pneumonia.
Methods A total of 78 children with mycoplasma pneumonia in our hospital from March 2021 to March 2022 were selected and randomly divided into control group and study group, 39 cases in each group, and received azithromycin treatment, azithromycin + budesonide nebulization respectively Inhalation therapy was used to compare the therapeutic effect of the two groups of children.
Results showed that the effective rate of treatment in the study group was 97.44%, which was higher than that in the control group (84.62%) (P<0.05). The incidence of infectious diseases in children was similar (P>0.05).
Conclusion   The azithromycin + budesonide suspension atomization inhalation therapy for children with mycoplasma pneumonia can improve the curative effect, shorten the course of disease, and improve the degree of inflammatory reaction in children, and at the same time, it does not significantly increase the incidence of infectious diseases after treatment.
