Clinical efficacy of continuous positive airway pressure as an adjuvant therapy for neonatal pneumonia
持续正压通气辅助治疗新生儿肺炎的临床治疗效果

摘要
目的 探究并分析新生儿在患有肺炎后对其采用持续正压通气的治疗方式后的医疗效果以及患者的身体康复情况。方法 本院将2019年2月至2019年10月收治的74例新生儿肺炎患者作为实验对象,随机分为实验组和对照组,并对实验组患者进行经鼻持续气道正压通气疗法,对比两组患者的PaO2和PaCO2的数值差异以及患者的康复情况。结果 实验组患儿治疗前、后的PaO2和PaCO2数据均优于对照组(P<0.05);实验组患儿治疗前、后的呼吸和心率数据均优于对照组(P<0.05);实验组患儿治疗后的身体康复效果显著优于对照组(P<0.05);实验组患儿的并发症发生情况、死亡情况均优于对照组(P<0.05);实验组患儿的住院时间也显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 经鼻持续气道正压通气在治疗新生儿肺炎方面效果显著,在临床方面能够合理、有效的改善患者的肺氧合,可以帮助患者改善肺通气、换气功能,可以减少患者的治疗时间,可以调节患者生命体征,从而提高治疗效果,值得推广。

Abstract
Objective To explore and analyze the effect of continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP) on newborns with pneumonia and the physical rehabilitation of the patients. Methods 74 cases of neonatal pneumonia from February 2019 to October 2019 were randomly divided into the experimental group and the Control Group. The patients in the experimental group were treated with nasal continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP) , pAO2 and PACO2 values were compared between the two groups, as well as the rehabilitation of the patients. Results The data of PAO2 and PACO2 before and after treatment in the experimental group were better than those in the Control Group (P & Lt; 0.05) , and the data of respiration and heart rate in the experimental group were better than those in the Control Group (P & Lt; 0.05) The effect of physical rehabilitation in experimental group was better than that in Control Group (P & Lt; 0.05) , and the complications and death of experimental group were better than that in Control Group (P & Lt; 0.05) The hospitalization time of the experimental group was also significantly lower than that of the Control Group (P & Lt; 0.05) . Conclusion Nasal continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP) is effective in the treatment of neonatal pneumonia. It can reasonably and effectively improve the oxygenation of the lung, and can help the patients to improve their ventilation and ventilation function, can reduce the patient’s treatment time, can adjust the patient’s vital sign, thus enhances the treatment effect, is worth popularizing.
