摘要
目的 探究PDCA循环护理对小儿支气管炎患儿治疗依从性和家属心理状态的应用效果。方法选择我院收治的小儿支气管炎患儿80例，将其按照随机分组方法，分为对照组（40例，使用常规护理）和试验组（40例，使用PDCA循环护理），对两组的护理效果进行收集和分析对比。结果 通过对两组患儿实施护理后，试验组患儿的治疗依从性明显比对照组患儿高，且试验组患儿家属的心理状态也明显优于对照组患儿家属，差异均达到了统计学上的显著性（P＜0.05）。结论 针对小儿支气管炎患儿使用PDCA循环护理，能够提高患儿的治疗依从性，改善患儿家属的心理状态，在临床应用中有较优的护理效果。

Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of PDCA cycle nursing on treatment compliance and psychological status of children with bronchitis and their families.
Methods 80 children with bronchitis admitted to our hospital were selected and randomly divided into a control group (40 cases, receiving routine care) and an experimental group (40 cases, receiving PDCA cycle care). The nursing effects of the two groups were collected, analyzed, and compared.
Results After implementing nursing care for both groups of children, the treatment compliance of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the psychological state of the families of the experimental group children was also significantly better than that of the families of the control group children, with statistical significance (P<0.05).
Conclusion s The use of PDCA cycle nursing for children with bronchitis can improve their treatment compliance, improve the psychological state of their families, and have better nursing effects in clinical application.
