Effect analysis of early rehabilitation treatment in children with high risk of brain injury
早期康复治疗在脑损伤高危儿中的效果分析

摘要

目的 探讨早期康复治疗在脑损伤高危儿治疗中的临床效果。方法 筛选我院自2019年3月至2022年2月收治的脑损伤高危儿共计200例，将200例脑损伤高危儿随机分为观察组及对照组各100例，所有患儿均符合脑损伤高危儿的诊断标准观察分析患儿经过常规治疗后的肢体运动情况、语言情况以及生活质量水平进行评定。结果 对照组总有效率为61%，明显低于观察组百分之85%，P＜0.05为差异具有统计学意义；观察组患儿肢体运动情况、语言情况以及生活质量水平明显高于对照组患儿肢体运动情况、语言情况以及生活质量水平，P＜0.05为差异具有统计学意义。结论 给予脑损伤高危儿早期康复治疗，可提高患儿运动发育以及智力发育，治疗效果良好，具有临床应用价值。

Abstract

Objective To explore the clinical effect of early rehabilitation in the treatment of high-risk children with brain injury.
Methods A total of 200 children with high risk of brain injury admitted to our hospital from March 2019 to February 2022 were screened, and 200 children with high risk of brain injury were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 100 cases each. All the children met the diagnostic criteria of high-risk children with brain injury. The physical movement, language and life quality of the children were evaluated after routine treatment.
Results The total effective rate of control group was 61%, which was significantly lower than that of observation group 85%, P < 0.05 was considered statistically significant. The level of physical movement, language and life quality of children in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and P < 0.05 was considered statistically significant.
Conclusion   Early rehabilitation therapy for children at high risk of brain injury can improve their motor development and intellectual development, and has good therapeutic effect and clinical application value.
