摘要

目的 探讨分析针对小儿急性喉炎患者进行临床治疗时，将布地奈德雾化混悬液与肾上腺素联合应用于治疗中的效果。方法 研究在设置时，选择2020年3月至2021年6月内收入的80名小儿急性喉炎患儿进行研究，随机分为对照组与实验组组内设置40名患者。对照组内患者单纯应用布地奈德混悬液进行雾化吸入用药，实验组患者则在此基础上配合应用肾上腺素进行治疗；治疗完成后，评估患者的治疗总有效率并记录儿童的临床症状改善状况。结果 试验完成后，结果对比分析，发现实验组各项结果均优于对照组，数据对比分析差异显著（P＜0.05）。结论 小儿急性喉炎的病情较为特殊，在针对患者进行用药时，可将肾上腺素联合布地奈德雾化吸入应用于患者的治疗中，能够改善患者的病情，使治疗质量得到提升。

Abstract

Objective To investigate and analyze the effect of budesonide aerosol suspension combined with adrenaline in the treatment of children with acute laryngitis..
Methods 80 children with acute laryngitis from March 2020 to June 2021 were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group with 40 patients. The patients in the control group only used budesonide suspension for aerosol inhalation, while the patients in the experimental group were treated with epinephrine on this basis; After treatment, evaluate the total effective rate of patients and record the improvement of children's clinical symptoms.
