不同氧浓度复苏治疗新生儿窒息临床效果观察

摘要

目的 分析不停氧浓度复苏疗法用于新生儿窒息的价值。方法 对2018年-2021年12月本科接诊窒息新生儿(n=320)进行随机分组,试验和对照组各160人,前者采取低浓度氧复苏疗法,后者行高浓度氧复苏治疗。对比二氧化碳分压等指标。结果 关于二氧化碳分压和氧分压及PH,试验组数据分别是(57.04±10.15)mmHg、(76.59±9.34)mmHg、(8.17±0.19),和对照组(59.48±12.36)mmHg、(73.04±8.23)mmHg、(7.42±0.21)相比更好(P<0.05)。关于 Apgar评分,治疗5min与10min时:试验组数据分别是(8.51±1.43)分、(8.71±1.04)分,和对照组(6.08±1.02)分、(7.06±0.95)分相比更高 (P<0.05)。关于总有效率,试验组数据98.75%,和对照组数据90.0%相比更高(P<0.05)。关于不良事件,试验组发生率0.63%,和对照组数据5.63%相比更低(P<0.05)。结论 新生儿窒息用低浓度氧复苏疗法,效果显著,不良事件发生率也更低,血气分析指标改善更加明显,窒息程度缓解更为迅速。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the value of non-stop oxygen concentration resuscitation therapy for neonatal asphyxia. Method From 2018 to December 2021, 320 neonates (n=320) with asphyxia were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 160 neonates in each group. The former were treated with low-concentration oxygen resuscitation therapy, while the latter were treated with high-concentration oxygen resuscitation therapy. Compare partial pressure of carbon dioxide and other indicators.
Results In terms of partial pressure of carbon dioxide, partial pressure of oxygen and PH, the data of experimental group were (57.04±10.15) mmHg, (76.59±9.34) mmHg and (8.17±0.19), respectively. Compared with the control group (59.48±12.36) mmHg, (73.04±8.23) mmHg, (7.42±0.21) better (P < 0.05). The Apgar score of the experimental group was (8.51±1.43) and (8.71±1.04) at 5min and 10min after treatment, which were higher than those of the control group (6.08±1.02) and (7.06±0.95) (P < 0.05). The total effective rate of the experimental group was 98.75%, which was higher than that of the control group (90.0%, P < 0.05). Regarding adverse events, the incidence of the experimental group was 0.63%, which was lower than that of the control group (5.63%) (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   Neonatal asphyxia with low concentration oxygen resuscitation therapy, the effect is significant, the incidence of adverse events is also lower, the improvement of blood gas analysis index is more obvious, the degree of asphyxia is relieved more quickly.
