互动健康教育在小儿肺炎护理中对患儿并发症及退热时间的影响研究

摘要

目的 研究互动健康教育在小儿肺炎护理中对患儿并发症及退热时间的影响。方法 选取我院2021年2月份~2022年6月收治的80例小儿患者,依据随机分组法,将其分为研究组与对照组,每组40例。结果 研究组症状消失时间与住院时间均短于对照组;研究组护理满意度92.50%,对照组75.00%,研究组高于对照组;研究组并发症总发生率2.50%,对照组17.50%,研究组低于对照组,两组数据对比差异显著,P<0.05。结论 小儿肺炎在护理过程中,实施互动健康教育效果较好,可有效缩短患儿症状恢复时间与住院时间,降低并发症发生率。

Abstract

Objective To study the effect of interactive health education on the complications and fever relief time of children with pneumonia.
Methods 80 pediatric patients admitted to our hospital from February 2021 to June 2022 were randomly divided into study group and control group, with 40 patients in each group.
Results the time of symptom disappearance and hospitalization in the study group were shorter than those in the control group; The nursing satisfaction of the study group was 92.50% and that of the control group was 75.00%, which was higher than that of the control group; The total incidence of complications in the study group was 2.50%, and that in the control group was 17.50%, which was lower than that in the control group. The difference between the two groups was significant (P<0.05).
Conclusion   in the nursing process of children with pneumonia, the effect of inter- active health education is better, which can effectively shorten the recovery time of symptoms and hospitalization time of children, and reduce the incidence of complications.
